<sub>1. Don't send payment till after I accept! All payment should be made in USD if using PayPal.
2. Once you say you'd like to buy it, I will let you know to send the payment, and can note you my Paypal info if need be. If you don't send the payment within three days, I will put it up for adoption again. If you have a history of backing out, your bid will not be considered.
3. Do not trace, render, copy, heavily reference my designs and do not claim the design as your own, it would also be nice if you credited me at least once but its not necessary.
4. I no longer give out the un-watermarked version of the adopt. I will however still send you the adopt file without the background.
5. You're buying the design not the artwork. Please do not use/repost my original image in any way without my permission and credit. (Exception being character hosting sites ex- Weebly, ToyHou.se etc with credit)
6. No refunds. Once you buy it, its yours.
7. You may resell the adoptable you buy for the price you paid for them. (You can obviously increase the price if there's extra artwork) You may gift it, give it away, or trade it to other people. If you do Re-sell,gift or trade it away, PLEASE send me a note letting me know!
8. Changes to the design, such as gender, colors, etc. are allowed however these changes are not to be made to the original artwork.</sub>
